This beautiful villa, which has been completely refurbished, has double glazing and central heating throughout. It is situated in the exclusive residential area of Tosalet, Javea. It stands in its own private, secure and very spacious grounds.
Villa comprises of a modern fully fitted kitchen with a dining area.
The tastefully furnished, modern spacious lounge has high beamed ceilings and wood burning fire. A Wide Screen T.V with Sky Digital, DVD with 5.1 surround sound and a Hi-fi are included for your enjoyment. Large windows look out to the naya and pool area.

The master bedroom with luxury en-suite includes patio doors opening out to the naya overlooking the pool.
2 further spacious bedrooms, one double, one twin share a bathroom complete with shower and bath.
Access from the front takes you to a traditionally open style naya which is partly covered with a high beam ceiling, where you may dine overlooking the pool or just sit back, relax and enjoy the day. Steps from the naya also take you into the garden which has a modern 8 x 4 swimming pool.
The area surrounding the pool is grassed, giving the children plenty of room to let off steam, whilst you relax on the sun loungers.
There is a built in BBQ and ample shaded terrace for dining al fresco on those warm summer evenings.
There is a supermarket approx. 5 mins walk (1 min drive) away. The main beach area with all the bars and restaurants is approx. 3 km away.
