Come and stay at our villa in Moraira, ´the jewel in the crown´ on the Mediterranean coastline. Our luxury holiday accomodation offers two bedrooms that sleep five with secured gated parking for 4 cars.

Casa Carmen is a Costa Blanca villa which offers self catering accomodation and bed and breakfast that is set apart from the rest. Enjoy one night, seven nights or a fortnight! However long you choose to stay with us we will make sure your holiday in Moraira is a memorable and enjoyable one.

Our triple and double rooms are situated within our family home but in a separate apartment with seperate entrance on the ground floor, so you have complete privacy during your stay. You will have use of our sun drenched pool, well kept terrace areas, chillout gazebo and BBQ facilities. There is airconditioning and central heating (for the winter months) throughout.

For a break from the sunshine our games room is perfect. It boasts a full size pool table, table tennis, darts and playstation. These are perfect for those rainy days, or simply for a day off from the beach.

We also have an extensive library of books including novels, children’s books of all ages, autobiographies and business interests and games.

Also if you wish to watch a film then we also offer a wide selection of DVDs to watch on our large projector screen.

If you fancy one of those G & T´s or one of your favourite tipples after a long day at the beach or a treat before bedtime then our honesty bar will fit the bill!

We also provide a water filter so there is no need to carry those heavy bottles!

We also offer satellite navigation system at a nominal charge pre set with the best destinations on offer. Theme parks, shopping centres, towns, beaches, secret coves and most importantly car parks! We provide you a list of the names and away you go and of course “home” is pre set for that stress free return at the end of another successful holiday day!

All linens and towels are provided for the duration of your stay at our Costa Blanca B&B. You will be well equipped for sunny days on the beach too with our beach pack which includes a sun umbrella, cool bag, beach ball, beach towels and bats & balls.

Baby equipment (cot with linens & high chair) is available free of charge.

The charming and secluded rocky coves and laid-back beach bars are only a ten minute walk. The nearest cove is Cala Baladrar with a pebble beach and delightful Chiringuito (beach bar). The nearest sandy beach is in Moraira (a short five minute drive). We are just a ten minute walk to local bars, restaurants, banks, farmacia, shops and supermarkets with delicatessen and bodega.

Your complimentary welcome pack will include a bottle of red and white wine as well as delicious Sangria and Cava, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cereals, bread, butter, preserves, fruit juice and biscuits to ensure you relax from the moment you arrive.

Casa Carmen has a truly lovely walled and electronic gated exterior with plenty of facilities to enjoy for all – families, children and dogs alike. As well as the gorgeous private pool with under water lighting there are terrace areas, gardens and a BBQ area with plenty of space to enjoy ´al fresco dining´ in the sunshine and tranquility of the mature landscaped gardens with mature palms and citrus tree grove. Along with pool, the gardens have pretty lighting too for the warm evenings to be able to extend the enjoyment well after sunset!

The Chillout gazebo affords a luxurious shaded retreat so you can lose yourself in a good book whilst the children are playing in the stepped entry pool.

Weekly prices are for self catering.  Bed & breakfast is available with breakfast at 7.50€ per person per night.

Restaurants of all price ranges, Spanish and international, supermarkets, banks, doctors as well as all conveniences of modern life are all in immediate proximity. A 9-hole golf course at only 3 minutes by car, as well as two further 18-hole golf courses, horse riding and tennis. There are yacht clubs in Moraira and Calpe.

At approximately 30 km distance is Benidorm, where Europe’s biggest theme park is expecting your visit.

We can claim that we dispose of a tourism infrastructure that is seeking something similar. The sunny South South West situation makes a winter stay in all residential units enjoyable, since the house lies wind-protected against north by a forested hillside, and cloudy days are quite rare. From end December to middle of March, the temperatures and weather conditions are similar to those of April in middle Europe. The almond blossom period begins end of January.

Since 1970 the house has been under the owner’s personal management. Thanks to its cultivated atmosphere many guest keep returning to this place.

“El Sequer” can comfortably accommodate up to four people; the décor is filled with splashes of colour and carefully chosen details that help to make the visitor’s stay pleasant.
Inside, the cottage has two bedrooms; “Segaria” – spacious and sunny, with its antique double bed and built in cupboard, and “Rectoria” – in soothing blue tones, with two single beds and windows opening onto the garden. The tastefully decorated bathroom has a whirlpool bath and fragrant toiletries. There is a unique collection of local baskets hanging from the walls of the passage that leads into the cosy yet spacious living – dining-room area with its fireplace, comfortable sofa, rugs and armchairs. Original watercolour paintings, ceramics, terracotta clad tables and earthenware jars add that Mediterranean touch, artfully combined with unusual antique pieces. The original well divides this area from the open-plan kitchen, fitted out with fridge, electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a range of other small electrical appliances. The cottage is also equipped with central heating and air-conditioning, a washing machine, iron and board, television, radio/CD/tape player, table games, reading material and abundant information about the area. Two mountain-bikes are provided for the guests’ use and a welcome pack.
