A summer cottage located 30 meters from the beach, from which you can see the ocean, sitting on the terrace before the house, or even when eating from the dining-room table.
 
FEATURES
The house has two double bedrooms, a wedding and living-dining room has a sofa bed and an extra single folding. It has fully equipped kitchen with utensils, dishes, glasses, pans etc, and full bathroom. There is air conditioning with heat pump in the lounge area and rooms. The house has an arched terrace overlooking the sea which is about 20-30 meters.

The house is located beachfront in the parish of La Mata Tower, 2.5 km from Torrevieja (Alicante). In addition to the sports on the beach, beach volleyball, walks by the sea, swimming, location close to the natural park of La Mata and the Salinas allows a total closer to nature and a few days of rest and relaxation. In the Natural Park of La Mata is offered the possibility of biking and treaking and visits to the observatory for birds and small teaching museum installed in the top from where there are gaps. Moreover, if we continue along the coast towards Torrevieja you can enjoy a pleasant stroll through the tables on dune and waterfalls ladder from the top until a final source. In the park there are areas we will pinnate conditioning picknic tables and playgrounds.
